The AI-Powered Flipped Classroom: Personalizing Prep, Supercharging Class

In this hands-on workshop, reimagine class time as an innovation hub for collaborative problem-solving and real-world application, because the lectures are now personalized and outsourced to AI. Together, we’ll explore how to use easy-to-learn tools that generate custom, bite-sized prep lessons tailored to each student’s needs, freeing up your classroom for engaging, high-level work that students care about.

You’ll experience how a flipped classroom can be transformed into a space where students apply algebra to predict smartphone battery life, optimize video game performance, model the spread of a viral video, or even plan a dream vacation on a budget. From Snapchat streak decay to cryptocurrency trend analysis, we’ll show how to connect math and science concepts to student interests, without increasing your prep time.

Expect live demonstrations, build-and-share challenges, and time to brainstorm with peers. You’ll leave with practical templates, personalized prompts, and a ready-to-test flipped learning routine that empowers students to think critically, work collaboratively, and make meaningful connections beyond the textbook.
