We are looking for educators that are at the forefront of using the rapidly AI Technologies in educational settings. We know that this a fast moving world and that November 2025 will look very different than the time you’re reading this. So we would like sessions to be focused on domains of practice rather than built around specific tools or methodologies. “AI to Drive Deeper Student Questioning in Secondary English” is likely to be timeless where was “10 Ways to Use ChatGPT” may not age as well.

We are also keen that this conference not be perceived as a “techie” conference but open to all. Thus the more connected sessions are to actual practice the better. Of course there can be some “it may look like this” but we are more interested in “this is what I’m doing”.

Sessions will be divided into two “tracks” you can pick the best fit below:

  • AI Academy – For educators getting started with AI and developing their practice
  • Leader and Dreamer – For attendees that are leading in their schools and developing others.
  • Sessions proposals need to be of relevant to current trends and teaching practices to the community, according or expanding wider than the AIFE conference themes.
  • Accepted presenters will be reach out separately to outline all pre conference preparation including but not limited to: sharing of promotional assets, details about the conference, exclusive discount code for presenter, presentation assets upload for conference attendees, etc.
  • Accepted presenters must purchase the main conference ticket to attend, but will receive a $75USD discount code as compensation, which can be shared between multiple presenters.
  • No travel costs are covered for accepted presenters.
  • Acceptances will occur on a rolling basis, so if you are interested in presenting you are encouraged to submit early.

Conference organizers will place your presentation into area of conference that we believe best fits.
Conference presentations and workshops tie into one or more of the conference topic areas. Please only choose if the presentation really fits the theme area.
