This workshop shares how JIS Elementary transformed its report writing workflow using custom-built AI solutions. Participants will explore how we used GPT for Sheets and a custom ChatGPT report-checking bot to streamline report generation, align with admin feedback, and drastically reduce teacher workload. This is not about using AI as a shortcut. It’s about reimagining the entire system.
