AI as a Servant Tool to the Servant Leader – Enhancing Reflection, Observations, and Decision-Making
Servant leadership is about empowering others, fostering growth, and making decisions that uplift the entire school community. Knowing time and timeliness are scarce and essential, in what ways might AI help us have clarity to lead with purpose, reflection, and service?
This session explores how AI can be a tool for servant leadership—not by replacing human connection, but by enhancing our ability to listen, support, and respond thoughtfully. We will focus on timeless leadership practices rather than fleeting AI tools, ensuring the strategies you learn remain relevant even as technology evolves.
