A Deep Dive on the Potential of AI for Teaching and Learning
AI is changing the way we teach and learn, and in this session, we’ll explore what that means for the future of education. We’ll dive into key questions like: How will AI impact the classroom? What skills do students and teachers need? How can we use AI responsibly, and what challenges like plagiarism and bias should we be aware of?
We’ll start by using SchoolAI to generate questions and insights, and then look at how to create effective AI prompts using guides like C.R.E.A.T.E and P.A.R.T.S. You’ll get hands-on experience with tools like NotebookLM and Suno, seeing how they can be used to create study guides, podcasts, and even songs.
This session is perfect for educators and administrators who want to explore how AI can support teaching and learning, while also addressing the challenges it brings. By the end, you’ll walk away with practical ideas and tools to bring back to your school.
