What Skills Should We Be Teaching Our Young People in an Age of AI?

Kevin will provide a perspective of what he’s seeing on the front lines about how AI is changing the landscape of jobs and careers of the future. You get to hear about this first hand about the discussion he and his firm are having with companies about what they are looking for in new recruits as they navigate a quickly changing environment. When AI can do many of the tasks traditionally delegated to new hires, how does that change how companies hire and what does it mean for schools in terms of what they can do to best prepare for an uncertain world?
