Think Tank: AI Policy and/or Guidelines Development

This Think Tank session will bring together educators, administrators, and technology specialists to collaboratively share and develop framework ideas for AI policies and guidelines tailored to the international school context.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Ethical considerations for AI use in diverse cultural settings
  • Data privacy and security
  • Equitable access and implementation of AI tools across different regions
  • Aligning AI policies with international curricula and standards
  • Balancing innovation with responsible AI use
  • What might AI policy look like in the future?
  • How can guideline documents support policy?

Join us to contribute your insights, share experiences, and help shape a roadmap for AI governance in international schools. Together, we’ll work towards creating adaptable, comprehensive guidelines that support the ethical and effective use of AI in education

This session will lay the groundwork for an ongoing collaborative effort, with opportunities to continue the conversation and refine our collective approach long after the conference concludes.

We encourage you to bring the policies and guidelines you have already developed with the idea of further refining them. Or if you are just getting started this will be a great jumping off point.
