We’re coming to Dubai for the first time!
The 21CL Library Connection is an annual gathering for the library community.
Annually takes place in Hong Kong during 21CLHK conference, this first-ever LibCon in Dubai will feature a collection of speakers from library thought leaders, guest authors and presentations from innovative teacher librarians, this is one professional learning event for librarians, by librarians that you shouldn’t miss.
There will also be a school tour on the 13h May 2027 to 3 or 4 school libraries in Dubai.

Tricia Friedman
Director of Learning
Tricia is proud to be entering into her 21st year in education. She has a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and is honored to have lived and worked in the US, China, Thailand, Ukraine, Indonesia, Switzerland, and Singapore. Tricia has also served as a volunteer in the Peace Corps in Morocco where she won an award for transforming their approach to youth development. She now lives in Ontario with her wife and their adorable dog, Tashi, who reminds her that every day is a great day for a walk.
Tricia is the founder of AllyEd.org and the Director of Learning and Strategy for Shifting Schools.
