AI Literacy for MS Students using AI Google Quest

This 30-minute model lesson invites educators to explore how middle school students can develop meaningful AI literacy through a thoughtfully curated, classroom-ready experience. Drawing on trusted resources from Google AI Quest, with extended learning from Code.org, Raspberry Pi, and Experience AI, the session highlights how high-quality materials from reputable educational organizations can be adapted for everyday classroom use. Teachers will walk away with practical ideas for using these resources to help students understand how AI and machine learning work, what AI can and cannot do, and how data influences AI systems. The workshop models an engaging, student-centered lesson that nurtures curiosity, critical thinking, and responsible AI use while supporting educators in building future-ready learning experiences.
