From AI Potential to Practical School Workflows
Many school AI initiatives stall because new tools are introduced without rethinking the work around them. Privacy, staff confidence, and daily habits all influence whether an idea works in practice.
In this facilitated Think Tank, school leaders and educators will bring forward everyday workflow challenges from their own settings. Through a quick, structured discussion, participants will identify friction points, share approaches with peers, and explore where AI might help while keeping human judgment and appropriate safeguards in place.
Participants will:
• Identify a workflow challenge worth exploring in their school.
• Hear a range of ideas and approaches from peers.
• Consider where human judgment, AI support, and safeguards belong.
• Leave with practical workflow possibilities to discuss with their teams.
The aim is for everyone to leave with a broader set of practical ideas drawn from the experience of the group, along with a first step toward exploring one of them in their own school.
