Human Like System: AI for Human-Like Decisions. A framework that turns information into clear, values-driven choices.
What if AI could help educators make more human-like, values-driven decisions about learning and teaching?
We believe that the key to ethical AI integration isn’t avoiding technology—it’s creating systems that help humans make better choices. Our Human Like System transforms complex educational information into clear, values-driven decisions that preserve what makes learning fundamentally human.
This is what we’re doing: We are creating and improving a framework to create a culture of how our school community makes decisions about AI use, learning design, and educational priorities. Instead of relying on intuition or fear, educators now have a systematic way to turn classroom data into values-aligned choices.
The Decision-Making Transformation:
From Intuitive to Intentional: Teachers make clear, values-based choices about when and how to integrate AI
From Information Overload to Clarity: Complex learning data becomes actionable insights aligned with school mission and values
From Individual Guesswork to Systematic Analysis: Every learning experience is evaluated against consistent, human-centered criteria
How Information Becomes Values-Driven Choices: Our system transforms classroom information through six decision-making lenses:
HUMAN Framework Analysis (Human Thinking, Planning/Research, Idea Generation, Feedback, Creating)
Values Alignment Assessment (How activities reflect school core values)
Mission/Vision Integration (Direct connection to institutional purpose)
Learning Quality Evaluation (Bloom’s Taxonomy and UDL principles)
Enhancement Decision Tree (Clear choices for 5-minute to 30-minute improvements)
Ethical AI Integration Guidance (Values-driven choices about technology use)
Real Decision-Making Impact:
Students making confident, informed choices about when to use AI versus relying on human thinking
Teachers designing learning experiences through systematic, values-based criteria
Administrative decisions grounded in classroom-level data rather than assumptions
Spanish teacher presentation to high school staff demonstrating values-driven AI integration
Live Workshop Experience: Participants will experience how the Human Like System transforms their own lesson planning information into clear, values-driven choices. Through analyzing current lesson plans, attendees will see how complex educational decisions become systematic, ethical, and aligned with human learning principles.
What Makes This Different: Unlike AI tools that focus on efficiency or automation, our system prioritizes human-like decision making—helping educators choose technology integration that strengthens rather than replaces critical thinking, creativity, and values-based learning.
Practical Decision-Making Tools:
Framework for turning educational information into values-driven choices
Systematic approach to ethical AI integration decisions
Implementation strategies for values-based educational technology choices
Understanding of how systematic analysis supports better human decision making
Why This Matters for Future Education: We believe this represents how educators will make decisions in an AI-integrated future: not by avoiding technology or embracing it blindly, but by creating systematic approaches that help humans make better, more values-aligned choices about learning and teaching.
This session shares not theory or possibilities, but actual decision-making processes and real results from ongoing implementation in an international school setting.
