Future-Ready Leadership: Using A.I. to Empower School Leaders and Support Teachers
As artificial intelligence reshapes education, school leaders must navigate its possibilities with both innovation and humanity. This session equips principals, directors, and instructional leaders with practical ways to integrate A.I. while keeping relationships, values, and equity at the center of school life.
Participants will explore how A.I. can reduce administrative burden, support teacher growth, enhance communication, and inform data-driven decisions—freeing up more time for the work that matters most: building strong learning communities. We will examine how school leaders can model a human-centered approach to A.I. adoption that prioritizes transparency, trust, and well-being for both staff and students.
Through real-world examples, ethical scenarios, and hands-on exploration of A.I. tools, leaders will gain confidence in identifying where A.I. adds value—and where human connection must remain irreplaceable.
