Yuna Kadarisman is an educator and education researcher devoted to improving the quality of learning through the perspectives of teachers and school management, with the ultimate goal of shaping impactful education policy across Indonesia.
She is the developer of the School Improvement Framework for Indonesia (SIFI) — a contextually grounded model designed to guide sustainable school reform and the central focus of her doctoral research. As both a classroom teacher and an active researcher, Yuna draws insights from her teaching practice to explore how digital innovation influences pedagogy and student learning.
Yuna is also engaged in critical discussions on the ethical and effective integration of digital technologies in schools, advocating for teacher-centred approaches to AI adoption. She has presented her work in various regional, national, and international conferences and continues to collaborate with fellow educators and researchers to envision inclusive, tech-supported educational futures.
