In this full-day, hands-on workshop, Alex and Nick will guide participants through a collaborative process to create or refine their school’s AI guidance.

With a focus on aligning policies with school culture, engaging key stakeholders, and building sustainable professional learning plans, the workshop aims to guide you through identifying your school’s unique identity and values, and exploring what responsible and effective AI use means in your specific context.

Ultimately, the goal is to support you in developing a practical and personalized framework, together with tools and confidence to lead AI integration that is both responsible and actionable.

Throughout the day, you will:

  • Collaboratively identify key stakeholders essential to your school’s AI journey
  • Reflect on how your school’s mission and values should shape its AI guidelines
  • Use proven coaching protocols to co-create a structured, adaptable template that can serve as the foundation for your school’s AI policy and professional learning plan
